Are provided with cooking utensils, dishes, toaster, coffee pots, bed linens, cable t.v. We don’t provide bath linens,dish soap,T.P.& garbage bags. Kitchens have a range, refrigerator, double sink, with Formica counter top and plenty of cupboards. Bathrooms with showers, sink, toilet, hot water heater. Artesian Well Water. Screened in porches with chairs.
No overnight guests please.
Taxes not included.

ON PREMISES:
Pavilion with a 10 ft. grill for large groups. Dock for our boat or yours (up to 20 feet), enclosed fish cleaning house with running water, live bait(crawlers & Jumbo Leeches) fire pits, bbq grills, picnic tables, swing set, volleyball, basketball.

$5 Daily $25.00 Weekly (with written permission)

Deposits:
$100.00 per week per cabin. Refundable with at least a 30 day notice. For larger groups over specified number, an additional $20.00 per person per night. Arrange in advance for extra sleeping accommodations up to 2 kids free.

BOATS - MOTORS:

14’ aluminum boat available for rental with cabin.
$7 a day or $25 a week
(Reserve in advance for motors & pontoon rental.)
