We have found through the years that May15th-the middle part of June is the best time to catch some great walleye& pike fishing on Indian Lake.You can bring your boat or rent one of ours.Daily rentals avail. in May&June so make Mt.Ash Resort your spring fishing vacation.

Mountain Ash Resort is located in Michigans Upper Peninsula on Beautiful Indian Lake.  11 cabins situated on 3 acres with 537 ft. shoreline. Choose from 2 to 10 person with screened in porches to 2&3 bedroom cabins. The cabins are very clean& comfortably furnished to make your stay here enjoyable & memorable.

Indian Lake  is a 8400 acre spring fed lake. Great fishing for Walleye, pike, perch, sm.mouth bass. Brown Trout & Sturgeon are even known to patrol these waters. We are also located only 4 miles away from Salmon fishing on Lake Michigan.

Mountain Ash Resort is centrally located to Soo Locks,Tahquamenon falls,Kitch-iti-kipi(Big Springs) . Fayette, Pictured Rocks, Seney widlife refuge Thompson fish hatchery, Mackinaw Island, Lk. Superior and Big & Little bay de noc fishing.

You can also get free shuttle service from Mountain Ash Resort to the Kewadin Casino, located just 9 miles away.

Fishing, swimming, boating, canoeing, kayaking, biking, hiking, golfing, hunting, sight seeing, etc.. are just a few activities you can enjoy.

CABINS.  Are provided with cooking utensils, dishes, toaster, coffee pots, bed linens, cable t.v. We don’t provide bath linens,dish soap,T.P.& garbage bags. Kitchens have a range, refrigerator, double sink, with Formica counter top and plenty of cupboards. Bathrooms with showers, sink, toilet, hot water heater. Artesian Well Water. Screened in porches with chairs.
